I’m a Breathwork Facilitator and Self-Development Coach. I offer breathwork, 1:1 self-development coaching, and custom breath workshops.
My mission is simple: to help people heal and love themselves.
I firmly believe that all change starts within. When you work on your inner world—your thoughts, beliefs, emotions, and mindset—your external world inevitably follows suit. When you’re at peace with all parts of yourself, anything becomes possible!
My work is deeply rooted in nervous system regulation and the science of how the brain works. Through a blend of neuroscience-backed tools, breathwork, and mindset coaching, I help you shift from survival mode to a place of safety, clarity, and self-trust — so that change doesn’t just feel good in the moment, but actually lasts!

1:1 COACHING
All change starts within. If you want to change your external circumstances, you have to work on your inner world first. My 12-week coaching program is designed to do just that. Expect nervous system regulation, clarity, and real-life shifts faster than you’d think. We’ll use breathwork, mindset tools backed by neuroscience, steady support, and a little magic to help you move through stress, overwhelm, and old patterns. Come back to safety in your body, feel more like you, and create change that actually lasts.
BREATH WORKSHOPS
Give your team the tools to manage stress and optimize well-being through the breath. This session blends science-backed breath education with practical techniques to enhance focus, resilience, and overall health. Each session ends with a relaxing breathwork practice designed for rest and nervous system regulation.
