I’m a breathwork facilitator and teacher helping people feel more grounded, clear, and connected through simple but powerful breath practices. At the heart of my work is nervous system regulation — supporting others in shifting out of stress and survival mode, and into a state of balance and ease.
I facilitate both private and group breathwork sessions, in-person and virtually. I also lead corporate workshops to bring a little more calm into the workday, and I have a 1:1 coaching program designed for clients who are ready to realign, reset, and feel better — from the inside out.
