Initial Session (90 Minutes) In our first session, we’ll dive deep into your respiratory health and nervous system health. This evaluation allows me to determine the most effective breathwork style for you. We’ll explore two primary approaches:
Parasympathetic Sessions: Perfect if you’re feeling stressed, overwhelmed, or in need of slowing down. This approach focuses on calming your system, promoting deep relaxation, and helping you regulate your nervous system.
Sympathetic Sessions: Ideal if you’re looking for a boost of energy, want to move through stuck emotions, or feel revitalized. These sessions help activate and energize your system while releasing what no longer serves you.
